There are a huge amount of Las Vegas hotels casinos in and around the fabled city. You can find the perfect place for you because they are so varied in size and amenities. Bigger is not always better, but if you are looking for full service features and entertainment then you have to know where to go to find it.

Full-service hotel casinos will offer everything from luxurious accommodations, a wide array of dining choices, first class shows, opulent swimming pools, fitness centers, spas and concierge service. Your smaller hotel casinos may not have this huge selection of services but you can bet that they too will bend over backwards trying to please their guests. After all, they want people to spend money at their place, not with their competitors.

The biggest of the big is the MGM Grand. They actually call this place the city within the city it is so huge. It will actually take you 10 minutes to walk from the parking garage to the front entrance of the hotel and another 5 minutes to get from the front desk to your room. It is decorated with fine arts, features designer boutiques, has its own golf course and even has a Ferrari dealership right on the property. It also has a really cool poolside casino.

Some of the newer hotels include the Treasure Island which has its own pirate ship doing battle on a daily basis in front of the property, Mandalay Bay, Planet Hollywood (which used to be the Aladdin), the Paris which features a replica of the Eiffel Tower, New York New York which has a smaller version of the famous New York City skyline, the Luxor, a pyramid, the Excalibur, which is a castle and has a King Arthur theme, the world-famous Caesar’s Palace and many more opulent properties including the Mirage that features a volcano that erupts several times a day.

Some downtown hotels on Fremont Street and Main Street include Binions Horseshoe, the Four Queens, the Pioneer, the Golden Nugget, Fitzgeralds and many more. These Las Vegas hotels casinos constitute what is known as the Fremont Street experience. They are are all housed under a huge canopy that features an incredible show that plays every evening.

Other famous Las Vegas Casino hotels include the Hard Rock Hotel, the Green Valley Ranch, the Tropicana, the Riviera, the Stratosphere, and the Sahara.

There are also smaller hotels and casinos that ring the city including many that are located near McCarron Airport. These hotels and motels are quite reasonably priced, but you must understand that they are not nearly as luxurious as their world famous counterparts.
